Stupid bs, as usual. There is no way Sessions would ask SC Justices for an unrecusal opinion. That would be so inappropriate as to be laughable. The Justices would return whatever letter back and say, “no comment (but you’re a dumbass for asking).”

It’s. Not. Their. Job.

Session’s recusal was per internal DOJ guidelines, as suggested by regulations—there is not even a formal law written by congress addressing when an AG should recuse.

SC rules on cases, at their discretion. This. Is. Not. A. Case.

Complete, utter, QBS, as usual, by pamphlet (or whoever’s turn it is in the Q larp role today).

The SC does not issue advisory opinions and never will. It only rules on cases.

This is garbage, and silly garbage at that.
