It’s clickbait both for readers who think this is perfectly reasonable behavior - or at least in the zone - and for those who think it’s insane or immoral.

Good point. But I was thinking, a story can be clickbait whether the underlying “facts” of the story are true or false.
I wonder if this story has any basis in reality at all or is just a lie for the purposes of getting advertising clicks.
