There are 100,000+ Deep State Trump-haters in the DOJ. The idea that they would take action against themselves is just bizarre.

Sessions is a Republican. That means if he is discovered to be secretly prosecuting matters he told Congress he was recused from, he’ll do the five years in prison the law provides for lying to Congress.

That’s why military prosecution and military courts had to be invented; reality forced a change in the narrative.

Couple of things: First, the deep state theory is not that they are taking action against themselves. It's that they are warning other deep-staters through "Q". Think of Q as saying "Jaques has a long mustache" to the resistance. Q is pretending to be a Trump supporter and using Trump based boards and media to spread a warning to deep-state allies. "Hey guys, they are coming for us." Now, again, I don't buy that. It would be easier to just do that by going to them. But then again, it would take a LONG time.

As far as Sessions goes, he only recused himself from Trump related-Russia stuff. Here is his statement: “Having concluded those meetings today, I have decided to recuse myself from any existing or future investigations of any matters related in any way to the campaigns for President of the United States." He didn't recuse himself from all the other things...only things related to the campaign. What Q is speaking about is totally outside of the scope of his recusal.

Finally-The military courts: I haven't followed this too much on the Q threads. BUT...I have seen it some of the discussion on it. I do not believe that these discussions are correct. American citizens, even tried for treason, are not (I believe) going to be tried by military tribunals and held at Gitmo...unless they are currently in the military. Kawakita v. United States was a treason case and it was tried in civilian court. Even the Rosenbergs were not tried by a military tribunal (even though it was espionage not treason). I cannot see Hillary, Bill, Holder, or any of the others being put in Gitmo and tried before military courts (as some Q threads suggest or state outright) being tried in this way. It would cause a constitutional crisis in this country. I, for one, would have a severe problem with it. American citizens that are not in the military, have constitutional rights. These Q threads seem to indicate they will lose some of that. If these delusions are actual reality, we will see chaos.
