If Q is a fraud why wouldn’t Trump tweet it out?

I'd say President Trump sees Q's posts as mainly nonsensical gibberish—if he even follows them. (I don't.). If Q gets in his way, I'm sure he'll tweet about it.

He could end the whole thing with one tweet if he wanted to or thought it was dangerous!

Trump makes a point of posting about anything he feels is ‘fake’. I think there was a very good point being made about ‘why Trump doesn’t tweet about it if Q was a fraud’. I’ve yet to hear a convincing answer yet as to why not.
