(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security."Q links to an Executive Order signed in 2009 by OBAMA. The order underscores and makes clear the legal justifications for releasing classified information.
It seems Trump will use Obama's own paperwork to justify his DECLAS of the FISA documents and most likely others. It seems to the Oracle that this order will also provide cover for any classified information that Q has or will release.
