I was just wondering if Sessions will be responsible for ensuring that the DOJ and FBI comply with the DECLAS order. I don’t see why he can’t work on that even if he is recused from the investigation itself. If he is activated in another way, I look forward to hearing what that is.

Now that it’s all declassified, despite being recused, Mr. Sessions can now read the documents. Then I expect he might step up to the microphone, unrecuse himself, and fire Mr. Muller all in one MOABetic moment.
