Sounds like the way Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida, was treating ‘misbehavior’ before the massive shooting there. I hope NJ is prepared.

They are called PORTA-POTTIES. In use all over the country for construction, and special events. Can be installed in less than a day....Come with their own wheels to transport.
Let the schools use them long enough to get this issue killed once & for all.
These ‘methods’ also make the local school Police look good-—The reports for misbehavior are greatly reduced.
