Or could be in a situation at any given moment to not have Cash/Funds/Credit on hand and having to wait for the problem to be resolved. Like those that live paycheck to paycheck or may have just paid all the bills to keep the Utility companies from shutting things off. Or just spent Hundreds of Dollars at the Pharmacy on Meds to stay alive.

Should I keep on listing more things ?
