Get with the program! It is only murder IF the woman actually wanted her unborn child. If she didn’t ‘want’ the baby, then she could have had it dismembered and POOF it was never a baby. They will have to determine if she wanted ‘it’, and then the boxer can be charged with one or two murders.
Good point. I wonder if a woman who previously had an abortion because she was convinced by the abortionists that her child was not a human. She then comes to believe the fetus was a human. Could she bring up murder or manslaughter charges against abortionists becauses she was defrauded?...hmmmm...
