A woman and her fetus have died from injuries they suffered Sunday in Hemet when police say their vehicle was hit by the BMW of a professional boxer — a man they say was driving under the influence.
Krystil Kincaid, 28, and her unborn child, of San Jacinto were killed as a result of the collision that happened about 8:30 p.m in the 500 block of N. Warren Road, the Riverside County Coroner’s Office said Tuesday.

It isn’t murder if you went to medical school to learn how to kill babies - but only if you’ve been granted a license by your state to do so, that is.

Get with the program! It is only murder IF the woman actually wanted her unborn child. If she didn’t ‘want’ the baby, then she could have had it dismembered and POOF it was never a baby. They will have to determine if she wanted ‘it’, and then the boxer can be charged with one or two murders.

Good point. I wonder if a woman who previously had an abortion because she was convinced by the abortionists that her child was not a human. She then comes to believe the fetus was a human. Could she bring up murder or manslaughter charges against abortionists becauses she was defrauded?...hmmmm...
