Alabama has a fed lawsuit in the system....over counting illegals. They want a fed judge to say something, and to get this into the Supreme Court level by the end of next year. My guess is that the Court will order the Census not to count illegals but I’m wondering how (demanding some evidence at the home?).
In this episode, you have to wonder how many illegals exist in California, and if a legit census would say the state population is one-million less than they say in legal citizens.

Illegal aliens are counted in the census, or even guessed at (”imputed”), and they count for congressional districts and electoral votes even before a single fraudulent vote is cast.
I thought that the House of Reps has 435 seats. They can’t add more seats. I know that states have Electoral Points for how many people are in the state.
That these crimaliens are allowed to vote absolutely astounds me. And no one seems to give a shiite.

No, the problem isn’t just illegal alien voting. When trespassing foreign citizens (my preferred term for “undocumented immigrants™”) are counted in the census, the states where they reside end up with more electoral votes and more Congressional seats.
The massive numbers of illegal aliens in California have already disenfranchised many less populated states in presidential elections by completely cancelling out their electoral votes.

They’re taking congressional seats away from states and giving them to NY, CA etc.

You can deport those people the same way those people came in here. Send them the other direction.
