ICBW, but I'm pretty sure those are the words of Katrina Adams. Adams is NO "commentator", but rather the head of the USTA and she said this on the podium at the start of the awards presentation.

Katrina Adams, “the first African American” PRESIDENT AND CEO of the USTA. (US tennis assoc.) should be forced to resign over that comment. Reverse the situation........a white president of the USTA, defending the same actions of a white tennis player. She or he would be cleaning their desk out right now.
