My very deepest sympathies to both of you. Heartbreaking to hear of so much pain.
ThanQ :^) Actually, I have learned over the years to manage the pain well, with a minimum of opioid pain killers... and one Dr remarked that I have a high tolerance for pain (I tend to think many others have a low tolerance for pain.) As Q implies: pain is part of life.
There are a number of procedures medicine has provided for back pain problems - but always I am not a candidate. sigh Back problems are often degenerative, so the pain can worsen. I am NOT going to become a drug addict - a trap so many fall into - so one must train themselves to endure. I do hope these injections provide some relief; the injectable steroid med has sent my blood sugar into the stratosphere. Ya cain't have everything. ;^)
