The HAARP dude went into great detail, much of which was way beyond my ken.
He is known by name etc by others on that board, so it was not bs-ing.
Basically, any Oh Noes about HAARP are irrelevant.
Most of what I know came from Nick Begich, of Alaska (brother was a congressman) who was sounding the alarm on HAARP on all kinds of outlets during the 90s. Haven’t heard much about it in quite a while.
