Q says the president owns the timing on the FISA declassification. Total victory is worth waiting for. Trump is waiting on something more, obviously. Therefore, the delay is thrown out there and reason laid upon some “lawyer”.

I think he was going to declassify this week, however, Florence caused him to delay.

Yes, very possibly delayed over this storm and that is a logical assumption.

However, interesting is the reason coming from the White House was not the storm, but reportedly that Trump’s lawyer discouraged him from declassifying. I don’t recall if a reason was given. Possibly a leak? I don’t know. Lately, I hear things on the fly.
