Yep. they’ve had them in Europe for a long time, some alleyways would have a slow “waterfall” pipe that flowed down the wall and guys would just stand there (not always with a half-wall hiding them) & pee on the wall/into the gutter and it would wash down the grate. My husband dragged his mother thru’ one of these one time when he was trying to find a shortcut!
Maybe these are different because of the straw bales & recycling for compost?
