A FISA on brennan explains why Fiona Hill was left in place. It also explains why Ezra Cohen Watnick left NSC & now works directly for Sessions, & with Huber.
John Brennan was clearly leading the operations involved w framing and overthrowing trump. @drawandstrike have pointed out at length we believe theres a FISA Title 1 warrant aimed at brennan & has been a long time.
ECW was a Flynn man, put on NSC by him- a counter intelligence type. He left NSC under vague circumstances, but Fiona Hill stayed. Curious given her loyalties & connections.
Where did ECW end up? Attached as an aide to Sessions, workimg w Huber. He would certainly have known about Hill.
If Fiona Hill was a resistance mole coordinating efforts w outside forces like LawfareBlog, brookings (think James Baker & ben wittes) & Secret Society people, while she was NSC, & while theres a Title 1 FISA on brennan extending full 2 ‘hops’ fr him...
Then it’s absolutely clear what ECW was doing, and that Fiona Hill is entrapped.
And its absolutely clear they let her publish that NYT op-ed knowing it’d likely fully expose her.

It would seem so. For someone who is potentially a foreign policy advisor it seems the vetting processes are not up to snuff. Even if she isn't the anonymous writer, she is certainly a security risk.
This isn't the first time that I have been of the opinion that the background checking and screening has been sorely lacking in the Trump WH.
