IIRC the Incitatus stunt was intended to show how useless the elite swamp creatures were in fact.
And maybe a fable that is alive today.
I have often wished I could just elect my German Shepherd to be my senator rather than Marco Frickin’ Rubio, so I can completely idintify with Incitatus.
