I know. I’ve been trying to find a site that will actually name or at least give better hints as to the words, but I’ve turned up nothing.

A few years ago, someone rearranged a local sign advertising “Breakfast With Santa” to “Breakfast with Satan”. But I didn’t hear much furor about it.

I remember there was a dry cleaners nearby some years back who had one of those signs with the removable letters and on one occasion, it was supposed to read “Same Day Shirt Service” and some thoughtful person removed the “r” from “Shirt” and you can imagine the chuckles that the results got.

Are you sure it wasn’t just an advertisement for a Hilary fundraiser?

In a Christmas homily objecting to secularization of the Holy Day, the pastor of our church referred to Santa Claus as Satan's Claws. This was back in the 1950s.
