Every time I see(saw) a Buck Brown cartoon with his ‘star’ Granny, I think of the old washing machine with the top wringer.
One of Buck’s greatest was a stage coach robber telling Granny to put her clothes back on as she was scaring the horses....

Un-edited pictures of the sign are all over Twitter. It says "Now hiring < n-word > and whores".
I've looked all over but I can't find what the words were originally on the sign. The accusation is that he moved the letters around to make "N-word and whores", but I'll be darned if I can make out what the original message was ...
