We need to start stressing RIGHT NOW that this Marxist Robspierre is NOT an Article II, clause 5 , section 1 Natural Born Citizen. We were not able to get the SCOTUS to examine this issue directly, for the first time in US history, with Obama; but Article III, Sec 2 states that an examination of this issue is within it’s judicial power.
There is ample precedent and SCOTUS findings that define what an NBC is, and Harris fits NONE of those definitions.
Let us hope that we will not be afraid to force this issue.

No federal court has ever held that to be a “natural born citizen” requires both of your parents to be a citizen at your birth. You just gotta be born on U. S. soil.
