Quite possibly she wasn’t this nuts when they hired her. However, at this point I think she has demonstrated that she is incapable of logical thought of any kind, and needs to be fired, whether she has tenure or not.
Oh, by the way, she is just a legal writing teacher. This means that she is a glorified English teacher who knows legal terms. That’s about it.
