At the end they suggest he WANTED to break the rules, but he forgot to check his email which would have told him they had been cleared for release already. That is like Lucy pulling the football away, only this time the other schmuck is Charlie Brown. That made me literally Laugh Out Loud.
i wonder why Cornyn, at the proper time (timing is everything) didn’t tell him the e-mails had been cleared ?
