You may be right; I might be confusing Mueller's meeting of May '17 at the WH with Rogers' meeting at TT. It is getting to be like a Norse saga.
Still, at least so far, Hildy and her minions have committed potential crimes for which even a fourth grader could obtain an indictment, yet all have been extended an escape clause no matter how etherial it may be. Yet Trump's people are prosecuted into penury for spitting on the sidewalk.
IMO Mueller is H3llary's enforcer, her Lavrentia Beria, and if/when she obtains the WH, he will become the AG - just as LL would have been seated on SCOTUS... honor is unknown among these folk. . . . Your idea that Mueller may have been involved with a FISC warrant is fascinating, and could be the basis for his undoing. Why DJT continues to delay declassifying potentially exculpatory evidence comprises one of the mysteries of this Gorgon's knot.
As an interesting side note, a local TV news lady with whom I have a passing acquaintance put on a typical 'professor' when all this FISA stuff came out, who assured us that FISA warrants were very difficult to obtain, so that it is naturally likely that DJT is as guilty as Adam and Eve. I wrote her and said that my understanding re: FISC warrants is that, since access to Moussoui's (sp?) laptop was denied just prior to 9/11, FISC warrants were pretty much rubber stamped. I now keep thinking I should send her a link to the story of the Popadopoulas (?) warrant being ok'd without a hearing.

I recall a meeting of Mueller at TT. I recall a photo of him in an overcoat, with a briefcase in the TT lobby. I cannot find evidence on the internet, however. Scrubbed? Faulty memory?
