If we have a strong midterm result, then I’ll pray for a November 7th S.C. vacancy created by Kagan, Sotomyor, Breyer, or Ginsburg. Patriots really need at least one more to be able to make consistent progress MAGA.

If the opening is due to one of the liberal S.C. judges, it doesn’t take much to envision the violent commie reaction.

Why not all four? Hey, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Oath of Office for SC Justices from their website

https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/oath/textoftheoathsofoffice2009.aspx

Reading this and considering what is any shenanigans some justices may have been involved in there may be a few more “seats” available to be filled in the near future...

For those who may follow Mark Taylor you know why I am adding this...

God Bless and keep us all!

Amen

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

It's not as likely as one might think. There is no mechanism for removing justices who have become incapacitated; so, they'll hang on until they're toes up.

BTW, welcome to the FReeQ threads, Librarian!
