Sure it is...the paypal account links and bitcoin addresses found on all those Qanon endorsed websites/channels like Calm Before the Storm and The Great Awakening lead back to the same group of scammers on Patriot Soapbox who animate Qanon.
Its a classic Ponzi scheme and you'd have to be very naive or willfully ignorant at this point not to see it.
