Sorry but at the Coast Guard Academy back when “I served” there was a plaque in the Cadets Dinning hall that read,

“The enlisted man is your tool use him that way.”

We were all very aware of that plaque and it existence.

As an x airdale,Flight eng, SAR qual and more I am fully aware of the camaraderie of maint and AC commander .
