The COS may represent the only way to restore the foundations of our Nation.
Here’s what I would do.
1. Create a Non-Profit organization whose mission is to educate State Legislators and their constituents about our Constitution and article V.
Be non-partisan, invite everybody.
2. Use the Non-Profit status to raise money, but this may need about 5 or ten million dollars to launch.
3. Consolidate the Constitutional brain trust to develop educational materials/literature.
4. Hire and train a small army of presenters/educators, Salesmen.
5. Target every State and invite everyone.
Article V is an real concept, a real opportunity for change that appeals to every thinking person. It just needs to be presented by a hand full of passionate, dynamic speakers. It needs to be sold.
I only recently and sadly realized there are just as many non thinkers on the right as there are on the left. Comments in this thread make that all too clear.
