Your reply made it seem as if being a K-9 officer makes it impossible for the officer to beat his dog. Well it’s logical to assume that the same would apply for all other behavior because cops “wanted to be and are tested to be police officers”. But then there you are.. some bad apples are found in the barrel. Just like priests, teachers, Marines, etc.....
Man is inherently weak. virtue and discipline are rare.
