The former first lady, 54, was spotted on Wednesday breaking a sweat while out on a hike in the mountains, as she enjoyed a stay on the island as the guest of former Ambassador James Costos and his partner Michael Smith.

She kept a low profile during the outing, shielding her face behind a pair of sunglasses.

Michelle also wore a baseball hat and a sleeveless sweater with a hood, which she pulled over her head for additional discretion.

The former first lady paired her loose gray top with black leggings and sneakers.

I checked out the photos on the linked article. Unless there is an active security threat, why does look like there are 7 or 8 personnel with her ?
