t's one of the funniest things I've ever seen on FR! Yeah, it's actually not. Hicky is a "successful" governor who is a "centrist", you know, like Kasich, and he has that "aw shucks" personality, in a gay way. Kasich will sell his soul to be relevant again (did you know his dad was a postman?). So this could be a thing.
