I have a feeling that Linda was a good guy who was compromised, probably by his desire to hide his sexual orientation. If he was young today, he’d probably be one of those gay Trump fans that liberals get so mad about. But once you’re in, you do worse and worse things, and you know more and more about what they are up to. When Trump came along, and finally neutralized his handler, No Name, LInda was glad to be free. Witness by how he has been more favorable to Trump lately.
But once you have worked with the traitors, and been compromised, you can never go back to being a patriot. I believe that Linda, because he has flipped, will be allowed to retire gracefully. He can become a lobbyist or retire and hang out with his buddies in Charleston or whatever he wants. Just watch; I bet in 2019, he announces he will not be running for reelection in 2020.
