Agree. LG has to reach out with his right arm to pat her on the shoulder because of the distance between them at that point. The purse has mostly been in her left hand until she turns but appears to remain well below LGs hands. There is no indication that LG reached out with his left arm like he did to pat her with his right arm. There is a lot going on there though. Especially with the Generals observations and mannerisms. HAs appearance seems to be scripted and forced. She enters and leaves like she was on a mission but the look on her face as she leaves makes me think she was not just gladhanding. She appears stressed, mad or sick.

Agree with your stressed observation. She made an obvious bee line approach to LG. Very intentional. Though she spoke to the Ayotte lady behind LG, she seemed to do it as not to be rude. When she walked away it was clear she intended to greet LG and no one else in the immediate area. She ignored Henry Kissinger like he was a nobody.
