Why telegraph your move ahead of time?
I believe the “coincidence” is Muellers decision (2090) to subpoena Corsi (????) as the telegraphs are saying that the 20pg document is to be released. (Sarah Carter has said they would be released “in days” and Trump has repeatedly stated he may have to “get involved”)
It’s necessary to set up the optics - POTUS is making it clear that he’s not proactive in seeking the release of the pages, he’s reacting to demands.
The deepies believe the documents are going to be released and now they’ll claim that it was done to prevent Corsi from testifying. They’ve been working this angle for awhile - they keep saying that the BEST INFORMATION IS JUST ABOUT TO COME OUT!!!! Like Mueller has been saving the best information to use last! Deepies keep insisting the very next witness/trial/subpoena/evidence will definitely put POTUS out of office, but nothing happens as they wait for the right moment. SO apparently, Corsi is the “chosen one” (for now) because they are afraid that the documents are about to hit the fan now.
