51K indictments nationally now as of this month. Ramen Noodle probably indicted. No way the major player for Deep State would give up stranglehold on Chiraq, major votes, money, funding. There are no coincidences.

Do any indictments ever come off that list? For instance we had 30 MS-13ers arrested near Modesto last week, the article I saw mentioned "unsealed indictments". Would that make the list of 51,000 got down to 50,700. My guess is the lists only include ones that are created, not when they are served and / or unsealed

Daley Jr. was mayor for 22 years, six terms, but chose not to run for his seventh.

Daley's approval rating was at an all-time low of 35% by late 2009.[161] On September 7, 2010, Daley announced that he would not seek a seventh term.[190][191][192] "I've always believed that every person, especially public officials, must understand when it's time to move on. For me, that time is now," Daley said.[43][193][194] On December 26, 2010, Daley surpassed his father as Chicago's longest-serving mayor.[194][195] Daley chaired his final city council meeting on Wednesday morning, May 11, 2011 and his term ended May 16, 2011, and was succeeded by Rahm Emanuel.

Meanwhile, at the start of the summer Rahm's approval ratings were only 25%.

Bravado aside, Emanuel still is recovering from a period of deep unpopularity. Chicago Tribune and New York Times polls taken during the first half of last year post-McDonald found the mayor’s approval rating hovering around 25 percent.

Rahm points out in that same article that he's "6 for 6" in elections. So, maybe he just wants to go out undefeated, or maybe he's going to run for Senator? It's plausible that he just saw that the winds were against him and walked away.

I guess Q has claimed this as one of his scalps, so we've got that. An indictment would really frame this nicely: but I seriously doubt we will ever see one for Rahm.
