The filename “Firewalls3&4” connects to Priestap + Strzok as being firewalls; #1 & #2 above. Are there others after?
#1 & #2 could be Comey + Yates ... or RR & the Mule (?) if perceived as ‘in on it’ or black hats.
I’m sure Comey and Rosenstein were firewalls. Maybe McMaster. Losing firewalls required new ones, hence Mueller.
