good question.

I’ve heard NASA has secretly studied the issues of “sex” in space, as to how groups of astronauts might cope with various human feelings, when cooped up together in a small space, with a small group, on a long mission.

I haven’t heard though, what NASA officials have concluded about such issues in long space flights.

It must be pretty difficult if you have a fling with your fellow astronaut and it’s over and she is 2 inches from you every single day. And she starts up with your other co-pilot. Again. 2 inches from your face.

“...as to how groups of astronauts might cope with various human feelings...”

You mean they feel the need to study that? No wonder we have to hire the Russians to get us to the space station.
