This ass wipe should take a stroll down Martin Luther King Blvd. some late evening. I worked in the ER of a major,"inner city",hospital for years.Worked all three shifts and as you can probably imagine the evening and the night shifts got the most "action".
My experience there showed me,time after time,that no race/gender/ethnicity,etc suffers from a shortage of "a**holes".In my workplace a good percentage of them arrived at our door dead or dying.I'm sure that you can imagine some of the causes.
