Fusion was (probably) one of “those” contractors who Adm Rogers disovered had free access to FISA ... for its RAT oppo research/story framing ... going back to at least 2015.
Weismann illegally planted leaks and FISA-tapped Manofort before the SC even existed!
There have been reports - so far unconfirmed - that there was a FISA on Manafort before they sought on the other plants. It’s another curious aspect about these things.
