Looking at the drops just now, I really like this part:
“GCHQ Bude sent DISTRESS SIG 8:09 EST.”
If signal was lost first, they wouldn’t have sent a DISTRESS Signal. Doesn’t this Distress Signal leave open the possibility that they had “visitors”? Or some in-person stand down order they objected to?
