40 - 60% disclosure is ok, as long as it is accompanied by 90 + % certainty that the victory is real and control truly has been ripped from their grasp.

Mutually exclusive situations, as in how can you 'prove the 90%' with less than 90% disclosure? You are at some time going to have to trust the executors of the 'Plan' that they did do what they said they would do. Less and you will exist in a dissatisfied state never realizing your wishes. We've seen what the DS does and have an idea how they managed it. Just need that vigilance and crush any embers of the crap that got us here.
The key optic (visible or not) is that the message gets through to future traitors who might dare harbor the delusion of seizing power. If insiders know what happened to those who went before, then it provides the ballast the republic so desperately requires to right itself and self correct.
Years from now, dissertations, studies, exposes, research studies, etc will be devoted to digging through what exactly happened during this time period - that we are actually living through in real time! Consider that Ultra wasn't revealed until 30 years after the fact. All kinds of hagiographies (eg Monty) had to be re-written to reflect the truth.
