Neon Revolt’s Gab account has a posting to a Reddit discussion of the song. Seems the song is a message to Joe Biden, “ Smoking Joe, he know, he know”. Reddit references Q drops 953 and 964 where Q calls out Biden’s/China interactions and hints that Biden sold state secrets to the Chinese.
Joe Biden is often referred to as Smoking Joe.
