The MSM is claiming falsely (according to Q drops) that Huber never interviewed Ohr and I think they are doing it to balance the news that they didn’t interview Page. Is it or isn’t it an investigation? Answer: Well, no. It’s a witch hunt - those are different.
Yup, warrants are typically obtained in chambers, with a judge asking questions about the basis for the warrant, and often not even reading it if they trust the LEO. For a FISA warrant, I would at least want it to be read carefully by the judge and have pointed questions asked to ensure that it was sufficient. It does not appear that questions were asked, because the facts were very deficient for a FISA warrant.
