Re Post 847 (Hillary’s .pst file extortion):

I used a QR reader program to see if it would recognize the QR code. It just referenced the original post and gave a link to 8ch.

Still, it’s funny that the QR code posted did something, anything at all.

I’ve only read QR codes on products, not generated them, myself. Is there some QR database in the sky (cloud)? Anyone know?

Scanning a QR code is much the same as clicking on a link.

The bar-code simply tells the "QR reader" to open a specified URL, or Web page

When you create the QR code, you're creating a bar-code that resolves for your specific Web address, the reader app does the work of translating.

No cloud necessary, they are stand-alone images
