Interesting article that speculates on whether Mueller will violate FBI guidelines by issuing indictments before the election, now that Labor Day has arrived, and we are in the 60 day window where DOJ guidelines suggest extra caution.

Anyway his views are pretty clear:

Robert Mueller is just another Deep State skunk, and so is Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and there are no “rules” or even the least bit of oversight governing this fake investigation. This is a witch hunt based on a fantasy, explicitly designed to interfere with the ability of a duly-elected President of the United States to conduct the nation’s business.

His net is that September will be the decisive month. Mueller will drop some bombs in a lame effort to effect the election. If Sessions doesn't respond then Trump will fire him after the midterems.
