Well I guess we have to assume he invited them to dinner so they assumed he would pay. Frankly I don’t know if grand theft will hold up in court with all that assumin. In reality is there really a law against sticking someone with the bill? At best this is misdemeanor territory.

He could make the case as a first date they were initially going to split costs 50/50 until he suddenly felt “triggered” by alleged pro-Trump statements made by the date, forcing his rapid and unexpected departure. LOL.
