U.S. Flag Code states that flags be lowered “on the day of death and the following day for a Member of Congress.” I have a flag status app on my phone, which gives daily updates. This morning's message was "Confusion reigns across the states... because there has been no Presidential proclamation..." Time to drag that app to the garbage can.
