Trump meets with Sessions at least weekly. If Trump had any serious heartburn with Sessions, he would have fired him long before now, or forced him into retirement.
I’m not falling for this “7-D chess” crap, but I do believe there is a LOT we’re not being told, yet, and that is how it should be.
I expect some big stuff timed precisely to damage the Dems just before the midterms, the YUGE STUFF after the Blue Wave turns into a pastel ripple.
Trump does have flare for the spectacular.
Trump has counsel that says if he fired Sessions he’d be impeached and convicted. And they told him since you didn’t collude there’s nothing to worry about.
Meanwhile the Rosensteins tells Mueller to look at things beyond Russia. Now if Trump fires Sessions it looks like he’s trying to cover up crimes.
Deep State, never trumpers, and the left played a strong hand against Trump. He will need to work hard to correct it. He should just get them all arrested and go from there. Otherwise the left will win because they do plan to impeach him no matter what.
