Please don’t allow yourself to get down into a depressed state of mind.
Periodically take a few days away from it all, including here, the news, newspaper, internet, etc. It really, really helps and is good for one’s sanity.

Thank you for your very kind words. I shall follow your advice (hugs), I do get depressed because this is not the country that I wanted our children to inherit.
I am too old to worry about me, but I do care about all of it for the sake of the kids. They shouldn’t have to sort out the mess we have allowed to happen.
