That’s my view - the white hats ensured that Soros’ machines in a few select counties (e.g. Broward in FL) were not able to be tinkered with remotely to send enough fake Clinton votes to swing the entire state.
That’s what sent Clinton into the drunken rage and the Deep State/MSM into panic on Election Day 2016.
They thought it was in the bag and the fix was in...just like in 2012.
